Ikatulong Kasumaran sa among Paghinigugmaay
Third anniversary of being in love.
Over a week ago, went to Manila to see Amanda. We spent our anniversary days at Puerto Galera, Mindoro. (See panorama shots of Puerto Galera here). Took a 3 hour bus ride from the Buendia terminal to the Batangas Pier. Then on to a rather large outrigger boat, riding for almost an hour to Muelle port on Puerto Galera. We were picked up from Muelle by a smaller outrigger pumpboat, pick-up service brought to you by Boquete Beach Club.
The sandbar resort was amazing. I love how exclusive it was. I love the food, although it was kind of pricey. Boquete island was awesome by itself. The views, the hills, the hidden beaches that you just can't seem to get to on foot.
We also went island hopping with Amanda's high school batchmate Matet and we got to see White Beach. I was more than glad to have booked at Boquete when I saw that place. White Beach was so crowded. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. ;)
On the eve of the anniversary, we stayed at this beach hut and slow danced in the middle of the night. Slow tunes with the rustling breeze and sighing waves. The symphony that swayed our hips close. :x
Ended the trip with a good meal at the same Pizza Hut Buendia branch where we celebrated 7 months together.
Happy three years, da. Infinite more for you and me. :)
