Pahamudlay sa Danao

Low tide in the early morning allowed us to sit on the beach stairs.
We both love the hammock.
Sigh. It's SO hard without the autofocus. Need a new body for the prime.
Lucky to have a very cooperative girl. Teehee.

Leisure in Danao.

Amanda flew over on the night of December 28 to spend the holidays with me. It was the first time we ever spent December days together. It was terrific. Especially the trip to Danao.

We stayed at El Salvador Beach Resort where the pool is always colder than normal and the food at the Coco Restaurant is affordable and orgasmic, it makes me cry when I chew on them. The beach isn't so great for walking because it's too damn narrow. Lucky to have a really cooperative girlfriend. Thanks to Amanda for taking part in the photos and playing along. ^_^

And oh, I learned an important lesson in the use of a prime. Don't always do the smallest aperture. F/2.5 gives really good results. The simple build of the prime still allows so much light into the camera no matter if the aperture is reduced from F/1.8. F/2.5 also allows you to put more stuff into focus asides just the nose. :p
